    BHP own the nickel concentrator in Kambalda. They will treat Mincor's Cassini Mine ore there, currently being stockpiled for restart of the concentrator. WIN will have to sell the ore to BHP for processing, unless the economics stack up for them to build their own concentrator. Then you can ship concentrate or sell it into BHP again for smelting.
