It doesn’t work that way
it is the hedge (AUD$230) minus the spot price (roughly AUD $130 at the moment). This amount x 50000.
Cash settled at the end of each month
So roughly $5mil owed to us on current spot prices by the bank the hedge has been placed with.
If the spot price goes above AUD$230, we pay the difference on 50000 tonnes a month to the bank
