C'mon man what response did you genuinely expect to get back from ASIC?
By the looks of it they answered the questions exactly how any reasonable person would expect them to answer it when there is an ongoing case.
You may not like them or the answers they are giving but i kind of reckon they know more about all of this than you or me.

Let the court cases play out. If ISX win you'll be vindicated and if they lose we all lose.
