And like I’m trying to tel you - the mere fact that an appeal is brought out of time does not mean it has no chance. Extensions to appeals are routine - especially with covid and all of the like. The only way to judge that will be to know the appellants reasons for the extension - I doubt the company will provide them so we can only speculate.

Bottom line is that it’s absolutely not a sure thing. Sticking your head in the sand doesn’t change that.
