Uncle, were you intolerant of demonstrations around the world in 1970 against the Vietnam war too
These demonstrations I witnessed in Melbourne in 1970 were not that violent but they were demonstrating
Police did not have full riot gear such as batons, shields, capsicum spray and batons
The people are not always wrong
The police guided the demonstrators with mega phones not violence
It takes two to make a fight
People want freedom of choice that is all
The government is not listening
