andy - Yes, drilling for oil and gas is always extremely high risk, but can also be very high reward should the drill the successful. As mentioned in my post yesterday (# 4467711) the average commercial strike success is something like less than 20%; but investors who choose to buy into O&G stocks at Spud I am sure are well aware of this fact anyways.
