Well, this is where there should be more regulation and protection for small shareholders. I just can't think of reason other than enrichment of those in charge with this below the market option exercise price..
just really turn me off since the lack of information on smoothwall financial report which they happily take over for 140m with shareholder money... I wonder why we should buys into this narrative..
