My question is if they are willing to take a hair cut on these if prices drop.... then the taxes?... physically could not sell them all without dropping price below the exercise price.I.e. say it cop's a flogging... he they have to exercise them cashlessly... I.e. if price is at 4c and they cash 60mil at 3c... half go to the broker to sell on market and he will get 30mil shares if they still at 4c... then he has to pay tax on the half he sold to pay for them?Not only that if they use a cashless exercise facility the broker that dumps them doesn't care?

Not only that if they step off the board shortly the they would likely be under 5% and invisible to announcements.

Its alot if money.. for free..
