That shows the conviction they have on where we are heading, and before anyone points out that conversion would be obvious as we are now more than 4x the 8c strike price.
Does anyone (apart from Chaya, have a spare $500k lying around) knowing that as soon as the updated NASDAQ filing form is lodged all company insiders and the BOD shares are locked from sale for the next 180days.

Sell side is looking very thin at the moment.
