No possible way has a 'price been agreed upon.' NUF have legal obligation to instantly disclose such an event. Rathebone would go straight to jail if he agrees to a price and then sits on it. 5 years in the slammer and Rathebone knows it. So whatever IS happening... the ONE thing we can be certain iof is 'no price has been agreed upon.'
