I haven't given up on today being our top yet.
Most of the turns on the 44 trad cycle have been 3 day affairs with the day before and after significant. So with the 9th the centre day, a higher day today is like some of the other turns.
Like you I note the struggling move up over the last 4 days on SPX that hasn't made new highs, and like you I think tonight is its last chance to prove itself (new high in down days +1). Of course NASDAQ has made new highs as has been the leader.
