ha..your thought was in the right direction...

.AT1 CEO just replied to Access Bio status Q that they are 'in discussion with them to see how the two arrangements - US Ab take/pay contract vs Ag imports into AU - could be balanced out so they continue maintaining healthy, long term relationships'.

So it does appear that Access Bio won't be necessarily taking up the remainder OEM qty (and yes, that seems to indicate the US market doesn't need more Ab tests for now)..however mutually, there is a biz benefit here to balance the costs between the companies.

All's well that ends well?
