Preference shares have priority to ordinary shares in case of liquidation, with rights attached to it I presume they must have negotiated a 51 percent stake….fantastic deal…..just four rich Middle East remittance sending countries and India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Nepal on the receive side…Zip will challenge Western Money Union….Excellent strategy execution which will bring massive synergy in the long run
