In a previous post "RefinedSilver" indicated that about 511m shares were held by exsting shareholders at suspension from trade.
That being the case I would assume to defeat the proposals U need 255.5m shares +1 to vote no.
If I had that many shares I would have put my own proposal forward.
I doubt whether any of these proposals will even come close to being defeated but I could be wrong and often am!
