it's there in black and white.....stop complaining folks and TAKE ADVANTAGE of the weakness. The oil was supposed to by an interesting side-play with EOK the main game. EOK still the main game but West Tulsa is proving to be a very exciting play in its own right. Some very exciting months ahead...
