Matt,
Regarding the oil wells i consider a flow rate of 40 BOPD(average)... so each well IMO should generate profit of $1 Million per year.
I did my calculations already and i arrive at 0.05 cents per share of earnings at June 2010. So share price of $1.15 is a bargain considering the future growth.
