Reasons To Vote FOR

With only a month to go before the vote, I thought it might be helpful to have a thread which, instead of debating the issue, simply focusses on all the POSITIVES of Cellmid acquiring a $6m distribution business and allowing a new substantial shareholder to own up to 31% of our company. It could become a helpful resource and I'm genuinely interested in other posters' views of the benefits.
