PLAN A
Late 2008, ARU tried to raise $$ and offered 95M RI at 28c
PLAN B
Nov 2008 RI failed terribly so offered short fall to sophisticated investors
Feb 2009 RI still failed with only 27M rights taken up by either existing holders or SI's, a short fall of 67M
PLAN C
Mar 2009, sold the farm, 60+M shares (quarter of the company) some at 30c and some at 40c
this is FUNDAMENTALLY why i believe (and am not alone) we will see 40c again
There may be the odd spike with panic buying and the odd crash with panic selling, but
feel genuinely sorry for those who bought is at 98c a couple of days ago
