I wish I could offer some decent insight there to warrant the question. Alas i cant and remember which thread where the value speculation was rife and confusing. Well worth a read by those that are tying to calculate the incalculable and I would direct them to Joewolf 's comments. He was putting numbers to page.
If I remember correctly my small input was to the method SOL used to value the partnership which was as earnings generated not 'ownership' I forget the Accounting term. Similar to the 'setup' with TPG i think.
