If you read what AF has explained everything that has transpired with Greenshoots is/was purely strategic. A way of capturing IP needed for different elements of Spenda. I dont think GS was ever meant to be a real stand alone company.
Theres more than one way to skin a cat!!
I think AF knows plenty of them!
