The point about thermal runaway - brilliant.
Eliminates cracking of Si which happens at uncoated 1000nm,500nm but keeps cost lower than having to mill to 150nm ny adding a coating at 500.
Anode Composite - 30% Si at 500nm coated with HPA along with 70% graphite coated with HPA.
Their graphics make this quite easy to understand.

Iggy talks about the other two methods above - 1. Vapour (MOCVD), 2. Powder Method (DPMG)...

But number 3. Liquid/Calcined (furnace) method.
- This segueways with SMS Group involvement (Calcination Furnace). This is their bread & butter.

This technology is one of the better ones I've seen. Wonder what their furnace/Calcination process uses for heating - Renewable electricity, renewable hydrogen or conventional fossil fuel based electricity/combustion processes.
