Focus on heart failure, and maybe all cause ARDS.
By the time further studies on covid ARDS are complete, the market for the drug will be much much smaller (vaccinations in first world countries, third world countries won't be able to afford it).
Unless there's some terrible developments with new strains or vaccine efficacy, but again I wouldn't be banking on that.
The heart failure indication is much more interesting anyways.
