Morning everyone, Quick question.. my mate has to pay a Child Care re-balance or something for Centrelink. Apparently a heap of people have been hit up by the Government to pay a heap of money back (we're not worried its fraud as its in his mygov account). He's trying to use the zip one-time credit card to pay it, but its not working, come up with an error saying to contact the financial institution. He's got the $1500 sitting there for a $900 odd debt, so there's enough coin there. Are government agencies barred by zip? or should he be contacting them? Maybe BPAY instead? I have NFI, so off to the brains trust here..
