It depends on what the money is for, if it's to help fast track the Laser enrichment or any of their technology, which I suspect it may be, then I'm happy with that, the SPP sounds like it may be something I am interested.
Strange that they had earlier indicated that they didn't need one, much the same as one report said as well, but the reason for needing it may have changed.
