Is anyone here privy enough to inform me what exactly can be done to "beef up defences" ???

If they get an advisor on board to help them do so, then what are the things GNX may do to limit, slow, prevent an unwanted takeover?

Also, does the Australian Financial Review invest? or do they often try to affect market prices on behalf of investment firms?

If so that article could be written with the sole purpose of kickstarting buying action with little to no substance at all.
