I have been looking at this and it is curious enough to make me get the spread sheet out and delve into it. Look at the dates listed in the attached schedule. They are showing all of the initial acquisitions as well as disposals. Only a small number of disposals were recorded for the recent period. The number far exceeds the 16.1 million shares put into the market last Friday (17/9/2021). I haven't finished the spreadsheeting and I am no longer sure that I will gain anything from it because I noticed that the disposals went to a UCTIDIG so I looked that up.

UCTIS stands for "Undertakings for the Collective Investment of Transferable Securities" so I am presuming that UCTIDIG is a UCTI specifically for DEG shares.

The reference to "In Kind" suggests that units in the UCTIS were received in return for the shares of DEG.

The UCTIS is a European Union standard required for the trading of securities in Europe so it is more than likely that this is just an administrative manoeuvre to comply with European standards and that Van Eyck has not really left the company. If I am right there will be a notice of "Becoming a Substantial Shareholder posted in the next week or so and this will be an entity controlled if not owned and controlled by Van Eyck.

If I am wrong then someone else will likely lob in a notice. The identity of the lodger will tell us a lot about the future of DEG.
