    possibly having a 25% cornerstone investor would be a good start... that could defeat the 75% special resolution rule straight off the bat. Perhaps GNX could work with J-Power to equity fund wind development... that would protect us from outside (new) suitors... but might make us more vulnerable to being absorbed by J-Power then
