Once again thanks MrAsia. Explain me one bit, again i am being ignorant, that if they are issuing 100, 000 more shares, anybody buying them must know about "escrow" thing, right? They what's this fuss is all about. Why existing holders should worry about them?
And I don't get one thing, if somebody wants to buy CVI shares (not new issued shares, or don't want to be part of escrow), won't they be able to get straight from the market?
Can anybody explain this? Is "escrow" good or bad for the market? I mean do companies do that quite often or it's once in a while thing. Isn't it similar to "short selling ban" ASIC had during GFC?
