Just to get this right in my own head. You’re asserting that medical staff who refuse to be vaccinated against COVID-19, should be allowed to treat the most vulnerable members of the community. The gravely ill, the immune compromised, the very young, the very old? You see no issue with the unvaccinated continuing to work around these people? I’d like to see if you were so cavalier with that attitude if your own or next of kins health were so at risk.

As a medical practitioner myself, I can assure you that in my field at least, myself and colleagues have discussed this issue ad nauseam and collectively possess not one scintilla of sympathy for any clinician who lose their employment for refusing to be vaccinatated. I’ll refer you back to the Hippocratic Oath you introduced above. The first tenet of medicine is - "first, do no harm”. No vaccination, no job. Completely your choice which way you want to play it. But you need to understand the consequences to your life and career of that decision.
