The Nuyni Block, operated by Ndovu (100% owned by Aminex) had as JV participants:
RAK Gas 25%,
BUY 5%,
KEY 20%,
EAX 10%
and Aminex (AEX) had the rest 40%.

Now after the deal AEX ends up with 50% EAX with 0%

Here the details of the swap: 'EAX is a joint venture participant in the Nyuni PSA ('Nyuni') in Tanzania and also in the L17 & 17 PSA ('L17 & 18') in Kenya. Aminex holds 25% in L17 & 18 while EAX holds 10% in Nyuni which includes the 2008 40 million cubic feet/day gas discovery at Kiliwani North.'

I might be missing something, but this is the info that I have. Still think that to be a vote of confidence for the entire area, and that the deal may open the door for sooner commercialisation :-))
