Getting some more cheap stock thanks to the Lemmings selling today.
Inyati and S3 don't make this a buy IMO. All of the hard work has been done. Share consolidation, CR, board changes, small share parcel termination...what happens next make this a buy.
You may not like his style but @avenger is right in saying:
$3M EV and approx $9M macap cashed up looking for something big
This is what makes it a buy and hold. Basically an IPO waiting to happen.
