I nominate @deitch be nominated to the BOD for the TBC.
He has 38M shares and has put his money where his mouth is unlike AF BUMM Citi UBS Morgans Argo. All talk and no loyalty to the TBC project.

I also nominate BNP Paribas for a seat and that DH be removed as a director.
BNP Paribas ought to have a seat also with 5.4% now and doubling their holding.

Are they holding these for a secret suitor or building an FMG SIR type stake?
And why 4 seperate trustee parcels seeking to avoid the 5% reporting obligation
Surely they must respect the ASX rules and declare their 5% related control

How many more trustee parcels do BNP have in here below 13M shares, maybe a dozen more?
They may well be at 7% already & no one knows it.
PH must know it, he must be heavily involved with them surely.

And no SPAC there at all so that was fake news as I called it.

MD is real.
He is French & he eats frogs and prawns in massive bulk. And he took up the CR twice in Dec and August in large numbers.
+133M shares to 165M shares and counting.
BNP are the 3rd largest holder once you combine the parcels together.
