MSCs are so safe, I would happily receive a transfusion today. They would probably help reduce my eczema flare ups and control some of the nasty inflammation that probably exists due to my admittedly poor diet.
That said, I will be happy to get a Pfizer booster when available, despite lack of long term data. Because there is loads of data on the risk of death from Covid.
