I'd be very surprised if the JV announcement came before the AGU meeting to approve the issue of cheap shares and options next Wednesday. Yes, I do understand that they will release the information within a reasonable time of receipt to avoid criticism, but I don't think they want them received until after the AGU issues are sorted out.

The PDY sp did not really escalate until after the PDY cheap shares and options deal was approved at a meeting. Perhaps, the AGU stock will follow that lead, and be strongly bought immediately after the meeting. I notice that it is quite strong today though - which could be a reflection that the company is getting the support of other shareholders to pass the motions rather than just their inner group.

For me, the earliest for the announcement is late next week; more likely in the following week. But, I would be happier should I be proven wrong, and have the results announced earlier.
