Another 2 million + traded today and into the 80's today.
The JV % will be interesting between FYI and Alcoa.
IMO I think Alcoa will be aiming for 60% - 70%.
We will need to see what the terms are of course.
On one hand, they will need to pay up big time for this % of the JV, however, if the broader strategy is to have multiple plants globally for HPA as well as other downstream opportunities and they can provide the funding for the growth strategy then that will be huge.
HPA will be put on the map by Alcoa once the JV is formalised - very exciting times ahead.
