yep thats possible too but with Sinopec ready to bank roll them and their dire need to replace Puffin output you'd think they coulda done it.
Who knows... more important is whether it affects NXS... to my thinking with the raising done and the rights issue full u/written they have the cash to nail LT and generate cashflow that will cover day to day.
