Perhaps foreign ownership/holding laws prevent them ferom a clean entry to our soil? Maybe they have to outsource domestically when on our soil? I dont know these things, but theres a good reason for biggie needing a smallie or it wouldnt have been done. Perhaps size isnt relevant?
