@rae915 read todays report. An Insto bought in big time and exec's offloaded some shares to cover tax obligations. That will possibly have been the recent selling pressure. MOre importatnly another Insto' on the register.

Think about it. You are selling down shares on market because you have no choice because of tax and in doing so pushing down your own wealth. Or you go to a broker instead, give some nice tempting morsels on forthcoming results and partnership prospects (you'd be amazed the information Insto's get to hear in presentations and updates compared to us - verges on insider information with some companies, hence I hassle OCC to put up investors preso's). They sell it to an Insto' and bingo, everyone's the happier.

Insto' gets on board at great levels with far more encouraging insight than we have into forthcoming results and Exec's can pay their tax bill without selling down shares.
