I am more thinking with the following thoughts.
Speeding ticket would be easily explained as Uranium spot is making new highs due to demand. AEE yesterday after a lengthy suspension and written off opened 6500% attributing value to their smaller U project as compared to ACB
They also had results come through for Wiluna which they needed to write up detailed and concisely.
The holdup would most likely be some sort of funding from overseas as 90% is held by the substantial holders. They would want to maximise this opportunity and thematic to not lose control of the project. As a S708 I would normally know the CR terms and conditions during a TH, I havent asked or dug any deeper to find out but through my existing sources via emails from brokers there is nothing regarding the raise.
I think overall, the 90% sub holders in control of ACB will make a move to maximise their U asset.
