    I just phoned Shaw & Partners, and they said this CR is only open to sophisticated investors. So I guess that explains why it closes off at 3.30pm. (Quoting from the AFR today : "The book shuts at 3:30pm today, after strong cornerstone support early on."). I wonder what is meant by "early on" ?
