we know the know financial system is a joke, when there is BAD economic news like in the US overnight another 350,000 people joining the unemployment , stocks go up 500 points, because BAD economic new is GOOD for markets, it means MORE QE for LONGER and lower % rates for longer, so in this mad financial world, bad news is technically good news, and good news is bad news for eg. if they announce more people are in work, thats bad, because it means the fed could taper or raise % rates, bad for stocks.
