i'll definitely be shooting my load if it lobs in at $3. $3 up until June 2022 and after that $4 by Christmas 2022. 2023 and beyond i want $5 plus. i won't accept anything less from a suitor
however i dont think we'll get a suitor because of our offtake tie up so the better strategy may be to run it to production and further prove ourselves and hopefully get another few similar projects dropped on our laps to become a genuine mid tier house
