    This issue has been debated at great length by many for a number of years now. Over the past three years (at least), we have all been told how the DRC (as distinct from the Republic of Congo) is again on the verge of collapse, that the sky is falling, etc, etc. - only time will tell.

    Meanwhile, AVM just keeps pumping out the dosh.
