Hi Auseire,
I don't think Peter will be able to sell any more shares for a while. BRN need to make a call on LDA to fulfill the POA obligations and only have about 17 trading days to do it once Peter's sale finishes. Even though it would shares the market knows about, there is potential to negatively affect the LDA call so doubt the board would allow it.
