    Would that be a "Win Win" for the DRC as asked for by FT at his recent UN visit?

    If he is as clever and as switched on as many here make out, then I'm not sure he is going to be hoodwinked by a few folk from Perth.

    Im sure they know how much PLS got for their last auction, contrary to what some may think, they do have the internet in the DRC.
