I won't pretend to know about vested shares but on the thread under "Media Reports" is something about Andrew Forrest lowering or cancelling some vested shares due to some Executives in the company. A few Executives resigned recently because they were not happy. Something like $50m was due to 30 Executives. Anyway I don't know if Elizabeth Gaines had any cancelled. Maybe this is why she sold so many in one hit. Any thoughts?
