When management communicate too much, people complain. When management dont communicate, people complain. The CEO's job is to MARKET the company and get the best people in place for each section of the business which SYC has done.
Now lets say he gets his additional 2mil shares. Great. What does he do next? Because according to you, he is doing all these presentations and saying comments in presos for self interest.... Once he gets those shares, what then??? For the shares to remain worth it, the SP would need to maintain right?? Or if it goes back to 2016 prices (when he was allocated the options) he isnt going to be too happy regardless of how many shares he received.
How would you feel if the next bonus options they give SYC are at $2.90 (i.e. 10 times the current SP)... which is what they did in 2016 (10 times 3cent share price)??
