Quite the opposite the LNH had accepted Milestone 2 they changed the date for signing to align with a board meeting which AJM accepted.
Then at Midnight they were thrown into receivership.
Ganfeng will be the next to sell out.
They were buying AJM spod not because of price as PLS was open for business at the same prices but Ganfeng continued buying AJM 6% spod and wanted to be a cornerstone investor.
Now all that spod has been allocated for auction.
Time for Ganfeng to pickup sticks and move on to greener pastures.
