Have to agree with you dc, the value of DIO is going to become evident to DIO holders ... the reality is, IF it gets contested, the balance of payment of a 6% controlling interest won't cost AVO as much as gaining a controlling interest by RMS will cost us.
My bet is RMS are pushing some high grade ore through the mill to make the front end of annual report look pallatable. Otherwise I'll look at topping up at sub-40 cents.
