Your own statements are contradictory.
You tell us these are graduates from top US and UK universities who went back to India to work for low wages when they could have been making tons more in the US or UK. Why did they all go back?
It is trivial to get a job offer and permanent residence in the US or UK if you graduate from a top university.
Let me say it again. NOBODY, NOBODY who graduates from ivy league will need to spend more than a day looking for work in the US.
